- We do not promise or guarantee fixed returns, assured profits, or risk-free trading outcomes.
- We do not handle client capital execution or operate discretionary portfolio management services (PMS) without explicit regulatory agreements.
- All execution decisions remain solely at the discretion of the subscriber.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All research dossiers, options chain analytical models, trade setups, educational modules, and software architecture available on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Apex-Pro Consultants. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized sharing of our research materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
4. Subscription Fees & Refunds
Subscription fees for advisory tiers, mentorship packages, or research modules are payable in advance. Due to the immediate delivery of proprietary research data, analytical framework access, and digital content, all fees paid are non-refundable unless specified in writing.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
